Role & responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring and intraday management to ensure SLA compliance.
- Track and manage AHT, Shrinkage, and Schedule Adherence.
- Handle workforce planning, forecasting, and daily operational reporting.
- Take immediate corrective actions during real-time scenarios.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant SME-level experience in WFM/RTA.
- Robust knowledge of Workforce Management and Real-Time Analysis.
- Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
