About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SMO Executive to grow our brand across social platforms and run paid campaigns that deliver measurable leads. Practical experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Optimize profiles, posts, hashtags and captions to improve reach and engagement
- Set up, run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Set up, run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives and budgets
- Track CPC, CTR, CPL and ROAS, and report performance weekly
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives and audiences to lower cost per lead
- Research trends and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver on-time creatives
- Respond to comments and messages to build the community

Must-Have Requirements




- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (compulsory)
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Google Ads dashboard
- Robust understanding of SMO, SEO basics and content calendars
- Good written English and Hindi; eye for engaging captions and creatives
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field

Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
