Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

AKB Motors LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee and manage the overall Human Resource functions of the organization.

The candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities across multiple branches, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across all branches.
- Handle the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
- Ensure timely salary processing in coordination with the accounts department.
- Monitor and maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF,



ESI, gratuity and other applicable labour laws.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisals, salary revisions and promotions.

Required Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience automobile industry.
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HR management software.
