About LuxaDermeLuxaDerme is a premium Korean skincare brand focused on delivering quality skincare products through its D2C website, leading e-commerce marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and D2C channels, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory availability, order processing, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, and the Shopify website, as applicable.- Manage product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, images, descriptions, and product attributes.- Monitor inventory, stock availability, order fulfilment, cancellations, and returns.- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.- Track marketplace orders, operational issues, and seller account performance.- Assist with promotions, deals, campaign execution,



and product launches.- Monitor order processing, settlement reports, returns, and operational discrepancies.- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform support teams to resolve issues.- Maintain daily MIS reports covering sales, orders, inventory, returns, and cancellations.- Ensure product information, pricing, and stock levels remain accurate across all sales channels.

Required Skills- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.- Hands-on experience with marketplaces and Shopify.- Understanding of order management, inventory control, catalogue management, and returns processing.- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.- Solid coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, or D2C brands is preferred.

Preferred CandidateA proactive and organised professional who can independently manage daily e-commerce operations, maintain listing accuracy, minimise operational errors, and ensure seamless coordination between marketplaces, warehouse, and internal teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
