Offshore Nightshift -
Administer and optimize UKG Kronos Workforce Management applications.
Configure labor, scheduling, and pay rule policies to meet business and compliance requirements.
Support integrations between UKG, Payroll, HRIS, ERP, and related systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and workforce management issues.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and continuous process improvements.
