Job Summary

We are looking for a Immigration Support Executive (Sales Counselor) to manage client counseling and immigration application processing for Canada, Australia, UK, and other international programs.

This is a client-handling and process coordination role.

Candidates with experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa processing, travel consultancy, or customer support are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries regarding immigration and visa programs
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes
- Coordinate visa filing and case processing activities
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM
- Review and verify documents before submission
- Support clients throughout the immigration process




- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing
- Achieve counseling and client conversion targets
- Stay updated on immigration program requirements and policies

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing
- Candidates with strong tele calling skill
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, or Schengen visa processes is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently
- Strong follow-up skills
- Sales or counseling experience is a plus

Qualification

- Any degree
- Experience in immigration, overseas education, travel consultancy, or customer service preferred
