Product Strategy & Value Chain Ownership

- Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions within the FP&A; value chain (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A;) and adjacent enterprise processes.
- Identify high-impact, differentiated use cases aligned to enterprise pain points, market demand, and CFO/F&A; organization priorities.
- Validate product-market fit through market and competitive benchmarking, client conversations, and customer adoption journeys.
- Ensure solutions are differentiated, scalable, outcome-focused, and establish measurable success metrics (adoption, revenue, margin, ROI).
