Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Educational Counselling & Sales to lead our educational counselling and admissions sales team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in any sales domain, strong team management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive admission conversions through effective sales strategies.

Candidates with experience in any sales field are welcome, including education, real estate, banking, insurance, retail, automobile, telecom, and other sales sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the educational counselling and admissions sales team.
- Drive student admissions by converting enquiries and prospective leads into enrollments.
- Handle incoming leads generated through digital marketing, social media, advertisements, and other campaigns.
- Guide counsellors in handling student and parent enquiries effectively.
- Set daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, lead conversion rates, and admission closures.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve overall admission numbers.
- Handle important student and parent discussions and close high-value admissions.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide updates to management.

Mandatory Candidate Requirement

Team-Building Requirement

The candidate must be capable of bringing a minimum of 5 sales/counselling candidates along with them to build and lead the educational counselling team.

Candidates with an existing sales team or strong recruitment network will be given preference.
