Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner / Functional Lead who can act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should possess deep domain expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. The candidate will be responsible for driving business value through effective requirement management, solution evaluation, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess business needs holistically, identify opportunities for innovation, foresee potential risks, and ensure the delivery of scalable and cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Business Partnership • Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams. • Act as a Product Owner, ensuring business requirements are translated into clear, actionable deliverables. • Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to drive solution alignment and successful implementation.
