Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role
Daasho is looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales team as Business Development Executives. If you have robust communication skills and a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business growth, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective and existing customers.
- Promote Daasho’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and support sales closures.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
- Maintain customer records and submit sales reports.

Requirements

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset.




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for fieldwork.

Working Schedule
6 days a week
5 days of fieldwork and 1 day of office reporting.
