Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding staffing requirements.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare daily HR reports.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA HR preferred).
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.
