Job Overview:

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop recent opportunities, and manage business development activities in the EdTech sector.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and educational institutions.
* Develop and implement business growth strategies.
* Lead and manage the business development team.
* Achieve sales and business development targets.
* Promote educational products, courses, and services.
* Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development within the EdTech industry is mandatory.
* Relevant experience in the same field is required.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Good team management and target - achievement abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
