- Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks as per the Project Plan and Flow Sheet.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Certification from NTTF, GTTC, or CTTC.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in tool development and manufacturing.
- Proven experience in independently designing:
- Press Tools
- Jigs
- Fixtures
- Gauges
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software.
- Experience in sheet metal component development and tooling manufacturing.

Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling development.
- Prepare process drawings, TFG (Tools, Fixtures & Gauges) designs, consumable designs, and support trials and proving activities.
- Ensure adherence to Stage Gate and NPD (New Product Development) processes.




- Proactively escalate issues and seek support whenever required.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and data.
- Develop and support manufacturing of small sheet metal parts and tooling.
- Follow KH Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and NPD workflows.
- Ensure conformance to project calendars and timelines.
- Complete OKOTIF PMS submissions with senior review and approval.
- Prepare and validate TFG validation checklists.
- Develop TFGs based on assembly inspection parameters.
- Create detailed tool drawings, wire-cut drawings, and VMC machining drawings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
