Job Description

We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to build targeted B2B prospect lists, discover and verify business email addresses, and execute cold email campaigns that generate relevant business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in business data extraction, email discovery, data enrichment, bulk email outreach, and automated follow-up sequences. You should be comfortable using prospecting tools, AI-powered research solutions, and email campaign platforms to identify the right decision-makers, maintain accurate databases, and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and compile targeted B2B prospect data from Google Maps, business directories, company websites, LinkedIn, and other relevant online sources.
- Find business email addresses using company names, websites, domains, phone lists, and available prospect information.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including Founders, Business Owners, Directors, CEOs, and Marketing Heads.
- Use email discovery, AI-powered prospecting, and data enrichment tools to find and enrich business contact information.
- Verify email addresses, remove invalid contacts, and maintain clean, accurate, and organized prospect databases.
- Segment prospect lists by industry, location, company type, and other defined targeting criteria.
- Plan, prepare, and execute bulk cold email campaigns to reach relevant business prospects.
- Set up automated email sequences, follow-ups, and campaign workflows.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email personalization, data enrichment, and campaign preparation.
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, reply rates, sender reputation, and overall campaign performance.
- Track positive responses, identify potential business opportunities,



and maintain accurate campaign records.
- Maintain unsubscribe, suppression, and exclusion lists to support responsible email outreach and applicable compliance requirements.
- Continuously improve prospect data quality, targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness based on performance results.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cold email outreach, email lead generation, B2B prospect research, business data extraction, or email marketing is preferred.
