Position- Fabrication Supervisor
Experience - 2 to 4 years
Company - Sheet metal & heavy Fabrication
Location - Nighoje, Chakan
Qualification - Diploma or Degree in mechanical
J.D.
Welding Knowledge: Deep understanding of welding processes, including the ability to identify and minimize welding defects to ensure zero-occurrence issues.
Process Management: overseeing fabrication processes and assembly procedures to maintain production flow.
Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting fabrication and assembly drawings accurately.
Line Balancing: Optimizing production lines to ensure efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
Fixtures & Tooling: Working with production fixtures and tooling to maintain precision and quality.
Manpower Handling: Managing and supervising the workforce on the shop floor to meet daily targets.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
