· 1–6 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Success, BPO, or Contact Center operations.
· Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in
English, Hindi+ Malayalam
English + Hindi + Tamil
English +Hindi + Telugu
should be fluency in all 3 Languages and immediate joiner
· Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails.
