About the Role
SRES is hiring 15 Electricians for electrical Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) activities at the Reliance Mappedu facility. Candidates will be responsible for daily electrical inspections, equipment monitoring, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to ensure safe and uninterrupted electrical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection and monitoring of electrical systems and equipment.
- Operate and maintain LT panels, distribution boards and circuit breakers.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Inspect and maintain motors, starters, cables, lighting and power distribution systems.
- Identify electrical faults and attend breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor electrical parameters and report abnormalities.
- Check electrical connections, wiring and equipment condition.
- Assist in electrical testing and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily logbooks,
checklists and maintenance reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, permit-to-work systems and site regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, wiring and power distribution.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Understanding of electrical safety procedures.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline and learning attitude.
