THE ROLE

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will execute influencer campaigns day to day, working closely with creators, our content team and account managers to get campaigns live on time and on brief. This is an in office role at our Kochi office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research, shortlist and reach out to creators on Instagram and YouTube for each campaign
- Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines and content approvals
- Review creator content for brief fit, brand guidelines and quality before it goes live
- Brief creators clearly and follow up until content is published
- Maintain campaign trackers and collect performance data (views, reach, engagement)
- Help prepare campaign reports and creator recommendations for clients
- Keep up with trends, formats and new creators in the South Indian market

QUALIFICATIONS





- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, or a Master's degree (MA) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Visual Communication or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, ideally at an agency or with a brand
- Good eye for content: understands reels, video formats, editing and what performs on social media
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; Tamil, Telugu or Kannada is a plus
- Organised, quick to follow up, and comfortable working with trackers and spreadsheets
- Able to work on-site in Kochi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
