We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in keyword research, campaign strategy, bidding, performance optimization, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Working knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage. The role involves managing Google Ads campaigns and supporting Facebook and Instagram advertising to generate leads, improve conversions, and achieve measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize search campaigns.
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Write and test ad copy and optimize campaign performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Support Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.




- Work with designers and content teams to improve ad creatives and campaign results.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads and PPC experience.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Events Manager.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably UK or international clients.
- Experience in the property or real estate sector.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Google Ads certifications.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio for reporting.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
