We are looking for a customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build solid client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams.
- Maintain client records and support repeat business.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- MS Excel and client management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
