Job Summary

Vishal Wallpapers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, and general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Generate and manage e-way bills for goods transportation.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and related documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Maintain bills, invoices,



and other accounting documents systematically.
- Handle general office administration and documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and accounting statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com or a relevant commerce qualification preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GST filing and e-way bill generation is essential.
- Proficiency in Tally or Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
