Parsh Technologies is looking for an experienced SketchUp Designer to create detailed 3D models, architectural designs, and visual presentations. The role involves translating design concepts and drawings into accurate 3D representations. .

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models of architectural spaces, buildings, interiors, and structures using SketchUp.
- Develop 3D layouts and visual representations based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed models for design presentations and client reviews.
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and components to enhance 3D visualisation.
- Modify and update models based on design changes and feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other project team members.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in 3D models.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SketchUp design.




- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and design development.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, dimensions, and spatial planning.
- Knowledge of materials, textures, components, and 3D visualisation techniques.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Good understanding of design detailing and presentation requirements.
