Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – HVAC to manage and supervise HVAC installation, execution, testing, and commissioning activities at industrial and commercial project sites. Candidates with previous experience working at Reliance Industries projects or Reliance facilities will be preferred.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, site execution, manpower handling, safety compliance, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily HVAC site activities, including installation, execution, and commissioning.
- Handle installation of HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems.
- Supervise HVAC ducting, piping, insulation, supports, and equipment installation.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage technicians, fitters, welders, duct fabricators, and other site manpower.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and EHS requirements.




- Conduct material inspections and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Support HVAC testing, balancing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate inspections with client representatives and consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC site supervision.
- Good knowledge of HVAC installation and execution.
- Experience in industrial HVAC and MEP projects.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of HVAC ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Manpower management and site coordination skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and work permits.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) project sites.
- Experience in refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of Reliance site safety standards and work permit procedures.
- Experience handling large-scale HVAC installation projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
