: Site Supervisor (Civil / Construction)

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to engineering drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. This role acts as the primary link between project engineers, contractors, and on-site labor.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site execution, allocate tasks to subcontractors and labor, and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Quality & Technical Compliance: Inspect workmanship, verify alignment with structural and architectural drawings, and conduct material quality checks on-site.

Material & Inventory Tracking: Oversee incoming materials, track stock consumption, prevent wastage, and raise timely indent requests for required supplies.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, mandate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Labor & Contractor Coordination: Monitor daily attendance, track productivity, resolve in office operational disputes, and verify measurement sheets (MB records).





Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), log material deliveries, record weather/work delays, and report critical issues directly to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI (Surveyor/Draftsman), or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).

Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction sites.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings, floor plans, and bar bending schedules (BBS).

Basic familiarity with site survey tools and measurement techniques.

Practical understanding of concrete mix ratios, curing periods, and masonry work.

Core Competencies: Strong leadership and team-handling skills, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and time management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
