We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that all construction work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth execution of site work.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors and workers to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor material requirements, usage and stock availability at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and project management teams.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and update project status to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and machinery.
- Monitor civil works,



flooring, painting, roofing, plumbing, electrical and other construction-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the site.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Verify measurements and contractor bills against actual work completed.

Experience & Qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in commercial building or showroom construction will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
