Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive site safety plan, including risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and training programs.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed safety plans for specific projects or tasks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Investigate incidents or near-misses promptly, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in industrial safety, HSE (Health Safety Setting), EHS (Environment Health & Safety) roles within the engineering & construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of industrial safety principles, OSHA regulations, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, material inspection techniques.

- Proven track record of conducting effective investigations into accidents/incidents using incident investigation methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
