Solar Project

Execution

- Supervise installation and execution of solar power projects.

- Monitor solar module installation and mounting structure erection.

- Supervise foundation and civil work activities.

- Ensure proper installation and alignment of solar PV modules.

- Monitor DC and AC cable laying, routing, and termination.

- Supervise installation of inverters, transformers, LT/HT panels, and electrical equipment.

- Ensure proper installation of earthing and lightning protection systems.

- Execute work according to approved drawings and technical specifications.

B. Site Planning &
- Manpower Management

- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.

- Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and technicians.

- Monitor daily site progress and project milestones.

- Identify site execution issues and take corrective action.

- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager for project requirements.

C.

Quality

Control &

- Inspection

- Ensure installation work meets approved quality standards.

- Inspect mounting structures, module alignment, and cable installation.

- Verify material quality and quantity against approved specifications.

- Maintain quality inspection checklists.

- Identify installation defects and coordinate corrective actions.





- Ensure work is completed as per engineering drawings.

D.

Electrical

Installation &

- Commissioning

- Supervise DC and AC electrical installation.

- Monitor cable termination and electrical panel connections.

- Coordinate inverter and transformer installation.

- Supervise earthing and lightning protection activities.

- Coordinate electrical testing, including insulation resistance and continuity tests.

- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

- Maintain testing and commissioning records.

E.

Safety

Management

- Ensure compliance with company safety policies.

- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.

- Ensure proper PPE usage by workers.

- Monitor electrical safety and work-at-height activities.

- Ensure protected material handling and equipment operation.

- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

- Maintain site housekeeping and safety standards.

F.

Project

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

- Maintain manpower attendance records.

- Prepare material consumption and utilization reports.

- Maintain site inspection and quality reports.

- Track daily project execution against planned targets.

- Maintain work completion and testing reports.

- Coordinate preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents
