Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Site Engineer to independently manage and oversee interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, site supervision, vendor coordination, material management, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Coordination:

- Lead site operations and ensure smooth daily execution of interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to drive timely delivery.

2. Site Supervision:

- Supervise all aspects of site implementation including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, etc.
- Ensure works adhere to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

3. Technical Oversight:

- Interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Address and resolve on-site technical queries through RFIs and design clarifications.

4. Material & Vendor Management:





- Oversee procurement, delivery, and quality checks of site materials.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance:

- Implement safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
- Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective actions for any non-conformities.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain site documentation including DPRs, snag lists, material logs, and handover documents.
- Prepare and share project status reports with relevant stakeholders.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Act as a liaison for project updates, challenges, and resolutions.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in handling commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project tracking tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 5–7 years of relevant site experience in commercial interiors or construction projects.
