- Ensure site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) degree from a recognized institution.

- Robust knowledge of building construction processes, materials science, and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
