Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Engineer / Assistant Manager Fitout to manage and execute interior fitout projects for our entertainment and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor management, civil and interior works, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site execution and interior fitout activities.
- Supervise civil, interior, finishing, and MEP-related works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors,architects, consultants, and MEP teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.
- Read, interpret, and execute architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower deployment, and site resources.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.
- Manage snagging, rectification, final inspections, and project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a relevant qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fitout and site execution.
- Experience in Retail, FEC (Family Entertainment Centres), Hospitality, F&B;, or Commercial Interior Projects.
- Good knowledge of civil, interior finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings.
- Strong contractor management and site coordination skills.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in retail fitout, entertainment centres, restaurant fitouts, hospitality projects, and commercial interior execution will be preferred.
