We are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Engineer Robotic to bridge the gap between simulated environments and real world robotic deployment. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting complex simulation pipelines, designing synthetic data generation workflows, and implementing reinforcement learning frameworks to accelerate the development of our robotic products. The ideal candidate possesses a deep technical mastery of the NVIDIA Omniverse ecosystem and a strong foundation in ROS2 and containerized deployment, enabling the seamless transition from "Sim-to-Real."

/ Technical Scope of Work • Simulation Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-fidelity robotic simulations using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Labs.

- Robot Learning: Implement and optimize robot learning pipelines utilizing Isaac Gym for reinforcement learning (RL) and GR00T for humanoid/general-purpose robot foundations.
- Middleware Integration: Develop robust interfaces between Isaac Sim and ROS2 (Robot Operating System 2) to ensure synchronization between simulated sensors/actuators and control software.
- Tooling & Automation: Create scalable Python scripts and APIs to automate scene generation, asset importing, and simulation testing.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Architect and manage simulation environments using Docker and Kubernetes/Containers to ensure consistency across developer workstations and cloud GPU clusters.
- Optimization: Optimize simulation performance (FPS, physics stability) to handle large-scale parallel environments for accelerated training.
- Sim-to-Real Validation:



Collaborate with hardware engineers to minimize the "reality gap," implementing domain randomization and system identification.
