Role & responsibilities: :

- Site & Project Execution: End-to-end management of site orders from initiation to completion.
- Refractory & Technical Expertise: Specialized knowledge in Refractory Lining installation, Fired
- Heaters, and specialized Steel Fabrication.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Experienced in mobilization, performance tracking, and billing for multi-discipline contractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Strict enforcement of site safety protocols and statutory documentation.
- Strategic Planning: Proficiency in Primavera P6 for detailed project scheduling and Critical Path tracking.
- Quality Assurance: Managing technical inspections, WPS/PQR adherence, and obtaining project completion certificates.
- Managing end-to-end fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to technical IFC drawings and quality standards.




- Site execution and fabrication monitoring for international Fired Heater packages

Preferred candidate profile : Someone who can manage shop along with production which includes fabrication & assembly. The person needs to have hands on experience in handling various function like stores , safety etc.

Expert in managing end-to-end site activities, including subcontractor mobilization, resource optimization, and ensuring 100% adherence to safety and technical specifications. Proven track record of delivering high value projects while meeting stringent quality and budgetary milestones.
