Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for candidates with experience in Shipping Bill and E-Sanchit processes. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and filing shipping bills, coordinating documentation through E-Sanchit, and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include verifying shipment details, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring cargo movement, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.





The individual will support smooth shipping and receiving operations, assist with packing and labeling documentation, and help maintain inventory-related records linked to export and import activities. The role requires attention to detail, timely completion of documentation, and effective communication with customs, freight forwarders, and clients as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping activities, with hands-on experience in export/import documentation including Shipping Bills and E-Sanchit.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, export documentation, and EDI/online filing portals (E-Sanchit, ICEGATE) preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple shipments, and maintain accurate records under strict timelines.
- Comfort with MS Office and basic ERP or logistics software; prior experience in Custom House Broking.
- Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in shipping documentation.
