Key Responsibilities

- Prepare timely and accurate invoices as per agreed client rates, service terms and applicable SEZ requirements.

- Verify operational data, cargo movements, storage periods and chargeable services to ensure correct billing and prevent revenue leakage.

- Communicate with clients, clearly explain billing calculations and resolve queries or discrepancies.

- Identify incorrect or missing operational entries, coordinate corrections and guide the operations team on accurate data entry.

- Handle billing reconciliations, receivables tracking and coordination with the accounts and finance team.

- Analyse major expenses and cost trends, highlight unnecessary expenditure and recommend practical savings without affecting service quality.





- Prepare periodic reports on billing, outstanding payments, costs and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with mandatory relevant experience in SEZ/FTWZ, warehousing or logistics billing.

- Working knowledge of SEZ processes, accounting principles and applicable GST/TDS requirements.

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/billing software.

- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and clear client communication.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
