About the Role

We are hiring a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for our client. The architect will own the end-to-end solution design of ServiceNow implementations, translating business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable platform solutions. You will lead technical design, guide development teams, and act as the trusted technical advisor to stakeholders across the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the ServiceNow solution architecture, including platform design, data model, integrations and security.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs and technical specifications.
- Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC and App Engine, as per project needs.
- Design and govern integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and other integration patterns.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards and platform governance; minimise technical debt and customisation.
- Review code, configurations and design artefacts; mentor and guide developers and technical leads.
- Plan and support platform upgrades, instance strategy, release management and performance optimisation.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, estimations, proposals and technical solutioning, where required.
- Collaborate with project managers,



business analysts, QA and delivery teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution design documents, data flows and technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, design and implementation across multiple modules.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities: Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Service Portal / UI Builder, and Update Sets.
- Proven experience designing integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps).
- Strong understanding of the CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping, and CSDM framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow security, roles, access controls and performance tuning.
- Solid grounding in JavaScript, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, AngularJS / modern front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of ITIL practices and Agile / DevOps delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.

Preferred / Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA), or progress towards it.
- Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience in large-scale, multi-instance enterprise transformation programs.
