Role: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Location: PAN India / Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Preferred

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end architecture solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
- Lead implementation of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and Employee Service Delivery solutions.
- Define solution architecture, technical design, integration patterns, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Assess and recommend ServiceNow products, services, and integrations to ensure compatibility with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture roadmaps for new solutions and enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Drive platform optimization, scalability, security,



and performance improvements.
- Work closely with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants on ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

- Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center (ESC/ECP), HR Agent Workspace, Lifecycle Events, Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, Service Catalog, UI Builder, Service Portal.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, SSO, LDAP/AD Integration.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR systems.
- Robust understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance, and ITSM processes.
- Ability to independently drive architecture decisions and resolve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
