We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Sales Lead to drive service revenue through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts), Care 360 packages, spare parts, and other service solutions for biomedical equipment.

The role involves leading service sales activities, managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, driving contract acquisitions and renewals, ensuring timely payment collections, and coordinating with internal service teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead service sales activities, including AMC, CAMC, and Care 360 service packages for biomedical equipment.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
- Drive the complete service sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Ensure timely renewal of existing service contracts and minimize contract lapses.
- Generate additional revenue through spare parts, breakdown services, equipment upgrades, and other service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with biomedical engineers, purchase teams, hospital management, and key decision-makers.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure customer retention and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal service engineering teams to ensure effective execution of service contracts and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service sales performance, revenue targets, contract renewals, and collection targets.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts,



service contracts, sales orders, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales performance, collections, pipeline, and renewals.
- Take complete ownership of assigned territories and drive overall service business growth.

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in biomedical equipment service sales, AMC/CAMC sales, or healthcare service business development.
- Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, medical equipment servicing, and maintenance requirements.
- Proven expertise in service sales, particularly AMC, CAMC, and contract-based selling.
- Experience in handling key accounts and driving service revenue growth.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare industry sales cycles.
- Knowledge of billing, payment collections, outstanding tracking, and revenue management.
- Ability to independently manage multiple customer accounts and achieve business targets.
- Strong coordination and leadership skills to work effectively with internal service and sales teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
