Role & Responsibilities

- Handle technical service activities for rooftop solar PV projects.

- Conduct site visits for inspection, troubleshooting, and fault identification.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, AC/DC systems, and electrical connections.

- Perform testing, commissioning, and performance checks of rooftop solar installations.

- Monitor solar plant generation and identify performance-related issues.

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

- Coordinate with installation, project, and service teams to resolve issues.

- Ensure proper functioning of inverters, electrical panels, cabling, earthing and protection systems.

- Prepare service reports, inspection reports and maintain service records.

- Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Conduct preventive maintenance visits and recommend corrective actions wherever required.





- Coordinate with inverter manufacturers and vendors for technical issues and warranty-related claims.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Rooftop Solar EPC/Solar Services.

- Hands-on experience in solar installation, testing and commissioning.

- Solid knowledge of solar inverters, AC/DC systems and electrical troubleshooting.

- Experience in fault identification, rectification and after-sales service.

- Knowledge of net metering, earthing, and electrical safety standards.

- Good technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and site inspections.

- Experience in rooftop solar projects is mandatory.
