Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Installation & Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of technical textile machinery at customer locations across India.

The candidate will also be responsible for after-sales service, spare parts sales, AMC management and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and conduct trial runs of technical textile machinery at customer sites.
- Handle machine assembly, alignment, calibration and electrical connections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing.
- Provide machine operation and maintenance training to customers.
- Coordinate with international machine suppliers for technical support.
- Identify spare parts requirements,



prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Support spare parts sales, AMC renewals and machine upgrades.
- Maintain service reports, installation records and customer documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely service support.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in industrial/textile machinery installation and servicing.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of PLC, control systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and spare parts identification.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer handling and service coordination skills.

Experience & Other Requirements
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in machine installation, commissioning or after-sales service.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (50–60%).
- Ability to independently handle customer site visits and technical assignments.
