Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of Bio pharmaceutical machines at customer sites.
- Experience in Bio Service Engineering and related operations.
- Working knowledge on Bio Equipment like Bioreactors, Fermenters, TFF, Centrifuges etc.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation-related issues.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve equipment-related problems.
- Support machine trials, validation and performance testing.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for complex issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers when required.
- Travel to customer sites across India and overseas, based on business requirements.
- Need to travel PAN India

Requirements

- Experience in servicing/commissioning Bio pharmaceutical machines.
- Solid troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in Bio pharmaceutical equipment or machinery industry preferred.
