Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished People Analytics and Data leader to drive global HR analytics, data governance, business intelligence and AI-led transformation.

This is a strategic leadership chance for a professional who combines exceptional analytical capabilities with strong process improvement expertise, digital transformation experience and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global People Analytics, workforce intelligence and strategic insights, enabling data-driven decision-making at executive leadership level.
- Establish and strengthen global HR data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, consistency, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the HR analytics and data management landscape.
- Lead the evolution of global HR Business Intelligence capabilities, reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics.
- Leverage AI and Generative AI to automate reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, accelerate insights generation and transform HR processes.
- Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-led interventions and support organisational strategy.
- Oversee global HR metrics, workforce trends, talent analytics and ESG-related people disclosures.
- Build,



mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering analytical excellence, innovation and business orientation.

What We Are Looking For

- 15-20 years of relevant professional experience across People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Management or Business Intelligence.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong track record of leading process improvement, operational transformation and enterprise-wide digitalization initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in AI-led transformation, Generative AI adoption and analytics automation.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, data quality, privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and BI/visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive global initiatives and translate analytical insights into strategic business outcomes.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams in a global or complex organisational environment.
