JOB TITLE: SERVICE COORDINATOR AED PRODUCTS
Location: Delhi (Local)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities for AED (Automotive Equipment Division) products.
- Schedule and follow up on service calls.
- Coordinate with service engineers and customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service reports, records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending service jobs and spare parts requirements.
