Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Leader with strong knowledge of SEO strategies. The candidate will be responsible for managing the SEO team, developing effective SEO strategies, improving organic rankings, and driving quality organic traffic and leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and guide the SEO team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement effective On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Manage SEO campaigns for travel websites, including flights, hotels, holiday packages and travel-related services.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and website audits.
- Handle technical SEO, including website structure, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies and manage backlink profiles.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and website performance.
- Work on Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools.




- Identify ranking opportunities and implement strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO implementation.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and track team productivity.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Experience in managing and leading an SEO team.
- Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Good understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
- Knowledge of link-building strategies and website optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Solid analytical, communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working on travel portals, flight booking websites or holiday package websites will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with proven experience in improving organic rankings and generating organic leads are preferred.
