We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You will own the organic growth strategy for our SaaS products across traditional search engines and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini.

You will run technical audits, build and execute keyword and content strategy, and turn product features and use cases into search-led growth. You will work with content, design, and product teams and report results to the marketing lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO

- Build and own the SEO roadmap across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Run technical audits (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema) and drive fixes with the development team
- Own crawl, indexation, and site architecture decisions, including JavaScript rendering, canonicals, redirects, and sitemaps
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, and optimize landing pages, product pages, and blogs
- Prioritize work by impact and effort, and lead the recovery plan when rankings or traffic drop

AEO
- Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and AI-generated answers
- Structure pages for direct answers with question-style headings, concise answers, and tables
- Implement and validate schema (Organization, SoftwareApplication, FAQ, Article) and fix errors in Search Console

GEO
- Improve product and brand visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Build a prompt set by intent, test it on a schedule,



and log mentions, citations, and competitor share
- Find which sources AI platforms cite for our topics and earn a presence on them
- Create original, citable assets such as data, benchmarks, and expert content

SaaS Content and Off-Page
- Plan keyword strategies and briefs for blogs, landing pages, feature pages, and comparison pages
- Build quality backlinks through guest posts, digital PR, SaaS directories, and partnerships

Analytics and Reporting
- Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and AI search visibility in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and next actions
- Review junior team members' work and share SEO best practices

KPIs / SUCCESS MEASURES
- Organic traffic up 25% in 6 months
- 15+ keywords ranking in the top 10 in 6 months
- 10+ featured snippet wins in 6 months
- Schema added to all key pages
- 50+ AI search prompts tracked every month
- Brand mentioned in 30% of tracked AI answers in 6 months

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth you can explain in numbers
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO and emerging AI search platforms




- Proven technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema) with fixes implemented
- Hands-on keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Clean, white-hat link building and off-page SEO
- Understanding of SaaS products and product-led growth
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

GOOD TO HAVE
- SaaS or B2B software SEO experience
- Experience improving brand mentions or citations in AI search
- Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS knowledge (WordPress, Webflow, Framer)
- Experience mentoring a junior SEO or content team member
