We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive to improve our website's search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and strengthen Nextenti's online presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.

Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.

Implement SEO best practices across website pages and blogs.

Improve content relevance and keyword rankings.

- Off-Page SEO

Develop and execute quality link-building strategies.

Manage backlink analysis, outreach, and digital PR activities.

Improve domain authority and organic search visibility.

Identify relevant guest-posting and backlink opportunities.

- Technical SEO

Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website optimization issues.

Monitor crawling, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.

Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.

Implement structured data and schema markup.

- Content SEO

Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs.

Identify trending healthcare recruitment keywords and search opportunities.

Optimize existing blogs and landing pages for better rankings.

Develop content strategies based on search intent and competitor analysis.

- SEO Analytics & Reporting

Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, and conversions.





Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

Analyze competitors and recommend improvements.
