We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as an SEO & Digital Marketing Bidder. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, bidding on freelancing platforms, generating business leads, and helping the company acquire new clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Search for relevant SEO and digital marketing projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals and project bids.
- Identify potential clients looking for SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing services.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Research client requirements, project budgets, and business opportunities.




- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams to prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain professional communication.
- Manage bidding activities and maintain records of submitted proposals, leads, responses, and project opportunities.
- Explore new platforms and strategies to generate business for the company.
- Assist with other business development and office-related activities as required.

Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Interest in online freelancing platforms and IT business development.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Ability to research projects and understand client requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn proposal writing, online bidding, and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or LinkedIn is an advantage.

Note: The primary responsibility is project bidding, lead generation, client communication, and business development.

- Candidates must be willing to work from our office in Kharar, Mohali.
- Local candidates from Kharar, Mohali, and nearby areas are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in day or night shifts as per business requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and immediate availability are essential.
