Job Overview

We are looking for an SEO Executive with a good understanding of traditional SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation, and emerging AI-driven search strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and keyword mapping.
- Perform on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimisation.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, and website performance issues.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, backlink analysis, and link-building strategies.
- Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Prepare SEO reports and track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and search performance.

AI SEO & Emerging Search Skills
- Basic understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Understanding of Google AI Overviews and AI Mode.
- Knowledge of optimising content for AI search visibility and citations.
- Understanding of schema markup, entity SEO, and topical authority.
- Ability to use AI tools for keyword research, content briefs, competitor analysis, and content optimisation.

Required Skills
- 13 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website CMS platforms.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with SEO reporting.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or service-based SEO.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and E-E-A-T.
- Understanding of AI search optimisation (GEO/AEO).
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
