We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, design systems, and prototyping, along with excellent communication and client collaboration skills. As part of a service-based organization, the candidate should be comfortable working with multiple clients and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, adapting to changing requirements, and delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including requirement gathering, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements, present design solutions, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Design intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise products.
- Create, maintain, and enhance design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines to ensure design consistency across projects.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers, review their work, provide constructive feedback, and promote design best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools,



and AI-powered design methods to improve design efficiency and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital experience design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design, usability, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with Figma Make and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, reusable components, design guidelines, and developer handoff processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing discussions, design presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and providing design feedback and guidance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and ownership of design deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, accessibility standards, usability testing, and front-end development concepts such as HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools, AI-assisted prototyping, and emerging design methodologies is a plus.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, end-to-end project execution, and relevant UI/UX work.
