Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international chat process operations efficiently.
- Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales conversions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 - 10 years in a similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Minimum typing speed of 28 words per minute.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts:
- 7 am - 4 pm
- 1 pm - 10 pm
- 10 pm - 7 am
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work from our office.

Salary:

- ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
