Job Summary

Nexwelt.Learn is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, attendance management, and other HR administrative activities.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their HR knowledge, communication skills, and professional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Post job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed and other recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.




- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
